Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the jata wine platform and the user. The rules set out in this document apply to all services on the site, including casino games, slots, sports betting, live casino, and other entertainment services.

jata wine reserves the right to change, add to, or remove these terms at any time. Continuing to use the service after any change takes effect will be treated as acceptance of the new terms. The date of each revision will be noted at the top of this page.

The Bengali version of these terms is the authoritative version. In case of any ambiguity, the interpretation by jata wine will be considered final.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the jata wine website and mobile application.
• "User" or "you" refers to any person registered on the site.
• "Services" refers to all games, betting, and financial features available on the platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile created through registration.

The minimum age to open an account and use any service on jata wine is 21 years. Please ensure you meet this age requirement.

If the age or identity information provided at registration is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited. Operating an account on behalf of someone under 21, or placing bets for them, is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Location Eligibility

It is entirely the user's responsibility to use the platform in compliance with the laws of their own country. jata wine does not bear any legal responsibility in this regard.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person is allowed only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any bonuses and winnings across those accounts will be cancelled.

All information provided in the registration form must be accurate, complete, and your own. You may not open an account in another person's name or using another person's identity.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before making deposits, withdrawals, or using promotional benefits, jata wine may ask you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.2 Protecting Your Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You will be personally responsible for any unauthorised activity on your account, unless you immediately notify the jata wine support team.

3.3 Keeping Contact Information Up to Date

If your mobile number or email address changes, update your profile without delay. jata wine will not be responsible if any OTP or security notification fails to reach you due to outdated information.

jata wine currently supports three mobile financial services for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

4.2 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals generally reach the recipient account within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if KYC verification is pending or if a review is ongoing on the account.

4.3 Name Matching

The mobile financial service account used for deposits and withdrawals must match the name registered on jata wine. Transactions from accounts with a different name will not be accepted, and returning such funds may require an additional verification process.

4.4 Withdrawals Before Wagering is Complete

Winnings related to an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until the required wagering for that bonus has been met. If a withdrawal is requested before the specified conditions are fulfilled, the active bonus may be cancelled.

New members at jata wine receive a 120% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

Accepting a bonus means you have agreed to the wagering conditions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

5.1 Weekly and Other Promotions

The weekly jata wine reward and other promotions each have their own terms and conditions. The wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, and validity periods stated in each offer's details apply strictly.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Claiming the same bonus more than once, gaining benefits through fake accounts, or obtaining promotional benefits through any other dishonest means will be considered bonus abuse. If such activity is detected, the related bonus and winnings will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus must be used within a set period from the date it is awarded. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically and cannot be claimed afterwards.

All betting and gaming activity on jata wine should be conducted in good faith and with honesty. Sports betting is accepted only while the market is open; once a match has started and a specific market has closed, no further bets can be placed on it.

6.1 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and market. These limits are displayed on the site and may change without prior notice.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete or a result cannot be displayed due to a software or network error, that round or bet may be considered void and the stake will be returned. Any winnings obtained by taking advantage of an error will not be considered valid.

6.3 Live Game Rules

In live casino, the dealer's announcement is final. If a dealer makes an incorrect announcement for any reason, it will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's guidelines (Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, etc.).

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using cheating tools, bots, automated software, or any other unauthorised means.
• Intentionally exploiting game glitches, patterns, or technical vulnerabilities.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive behaviour toward other users or staff.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or another person's identity.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes.

7.1 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious, jata wine may suspend the account and conduct an investigation. During the investigation, transactions on the account concerned may be temporarily paused.

jata wine is not liable for any loss caused by technical failures, network disruptions, third-party errors, or the user's own negligence.

Game results are determined by a third-party certified random number generator (RNG). No guarantee of winning any game can be given, and jata wine makes no such promise.

9.1 Service Disruption Due to External Causes

jata wine will not be held responsible if the service is interrupted or delayed due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives, or other circumstances beyond its control. However, in such situations, every effort will be made to restore the service as quickly as possible.

10.1 Finality of Decisions

If a disagreement remains after review by jata wine, the decision of the organisation's senior management will be considered final. Users retain the right to seek a resolution through legal channels.

You may close your account at any time of your own choosing. Contact the support team with your request and the process will be completed. It is recommended that you withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

11.1 Account Closure by jata wine

jata wine may close an account without prior notice in any of the following situations:

• A serious breach of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of a false identity or fraud.
• Evidence of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Confirmed use by a person under 21 years of age.

Upon legitimate account closure, any verifiable balance will be returned, but cancellable bonuses and related winnings will be excluded.
